Pierre Ingram is an established name in popular culture. His history of success in college football recruitment is noteworthy. However, Ingram has always known that coaching football is his genuine calling. After completing his education at Middle Tennessee State University, Ingram took a position as an assistant coach for the wide receivers at Cortland State University. With his help, the team has a shot at making it to the ECAC Division III Northeast Bowl in 2007 and the NCAA Division III Quarterfinals the following year.

Next, Pierre Ingram was hired by Texas A&M Commerce to serve as wide receiver coach and recruiting coordinator. Such accomplishments resulted in Ingram being hired as an offensive assistant coach at Villanova University. Thanks to Ingram, Villanova finished first in the regular season of the 2009 NCAA FCS.

In his later years, Pierre Ingram assisted the running backs coach at Louisiana Tech University. His squad went on to win the Sun Belt Conference and eventually the Poinsettia Bowl. Because of his work as a recruiter and a coach, he was named the Final Four Running Back Coach of the Year by ESPN.com and Recruiter of the Year by footballscoop.com.

The University of California, Berkeley hired Pierre Ingram as their wide receiver coach and recruiting coordinator. Also, in 2014, he was recognized for his work by being chosen by Rivals.com as one of the Top 10 Recruiters in the Pac-12 Conference.

Pierre Ingram has coached 15 NFL players, 2 All-Americans, 8 All-Conference Players, and 2012 Capital One Academic All-American first-team member Ray Holley throughout his career. His reputation as one of the NFL's best talent scouts and head coaches was bolstered by the fact that he was responsible for recruiting Jared Goff, the Los Angeles Rams' first-overall pick in the 2016 NFL draft.

Since 2015, when he joined the Fujitsu Frontiers of the Pro American Football League as its offensive coordinator, Pierre Ingram has been taking on a new task. He's ecstatic to be taking on this role and envisions many more years of success for the squad.

The father of current Army Major Pierre Ingram retired as a lieutenant colonel. Pierre grew up in various military installations, giving him a unique perspective. This led to Pierre's considerable traveling, which no doubt stimulated his desire to keep broadening his views. As a player and coach, Pierre has benefited greatly from the work ethic instilled in him by his father.
